Adrian Wheale, Chairman and Co-founder of WTH, has worked in partnership with a diverse range of businesses to find the directors and management to support their growth plans. He has the unique ability to capture the essence of divergent clients’ needs and distil it into effective search campaigns, advertisements and recruitment assignments. Adrian is a qualified Accountant and, having started WTH with VC funding, has also floated and de-merged on full list. This gives him invaluable insights into the needs between corporate finance communities and venture capital/private equity backed businesses.
Adrian has recently qualified, through ADR Ltd (Alternative Dispute Resolution), as a Workplace Mediator specialising in Board Room and Senior Management disputes. A new specialism in terms of uniquely being able to advise on the issues surrounding the exiting and sourcing of top team members in the current changing environment. adrian@wth.co.uk
Tom O’Neill, founding Director of WTH, has an encyclopaedic knowledge of financial and managerial candidates across the country. He is recognised across the professional and financial community for his many successful placements and most of his clients have come to him on personal recommendations. A graduate in Accountancy from the University of Strathclyde, Tom worked at Price Waterhouse until 1985 when he began his highly successful career in recruitment. tom@wth.co.uk
Sue Turner is well known as the former South West Director for the CBI where she helped companies to grow by lobbying for the right macro-economic frameworks and regional infrastructure. She was a recruitment consultant before joining the CBI so it was a natural evolution for Sue to join WTH in 2006 where she continues on her mission to encourage business growth by finding the talented people good businesses of all types and sizes need for their future development. She works closely with childcare businesses finding the people who can balance quality with commerciality. sue@wth.co.uk
Tony Hodgins, Director and Co-founder of WTH, counts amongst his clients some of the best known names in financial services as well as many boutique businesses. He has an exceptional track record of building teams as well as single placements and is regularly relied on by his clients to fill highly challenging vacancies. Adam Carter is Director of WTH’s Healthcare Division. He joined the company in 1996 to set up this sector and has a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare market. His clients range from large corporate healthcare providers to small owner-managed businesses and he has helped many people develop their careers across the spectrum of health and social care. adam@wth.co.uk
Emma Powell joined the Healthcare Division at WTH in 2006. Three years previous experience of recruiting for the Health and Social care sector has provided her with a varied portfolio dealing with specialised services for a number of client groups from the Elderly, Learning Difficulties and Mental Health to Children and Family services. Caroline O’Regan has been with WTH since 1993. She is both the Office Manager and PA to Tony Hodgins, assisting clients and candidates throughout recruitment assignments. She is the first point of call for all Accounts enquiries. caroline@wth.co.uk

Sue Murray joined WTH in 2006 to look after Tom O’Neill and Sue Turner. She manages WTH's special events such as the non-executive drinks evenings and is always happy to help clients and candidates when Sue and Tom are out of the office. suemurray@wth.co.uk
