Since we started in 2005, Nemo has had great success in building the business and brand through direct sales. We are now creating a new way of selling our products by working with credit brokers on the high street. It’s a win-win situation: credit brokers win by working directly with Nemo; customers win by having access to our simple way of working and our excellent customer support; and Nemo wins by gaining so many satisfied new customers.

The new Business Development Managers will be working from scratch to build their territories. You will be given training and full support from HQ in Cardiff. Working from your base at home you will spend part of your time setting up appointments and reporting to your boss and the majority of your time on the road selling to small to medium sized high street credit brokers.

Location

Between them the team of Business Development Managers will cover Scotland, the North of England, Yorkshire, the North West, the Midlands, East Anglia, the South West, Wales, London and the South East. We already have a Business Development Manager based in Wales so it’s the rest of the country that we are looking to recruit for now.

To cover your territory you will need to have the flexibility and self-sufficiency to work away from home 2 to 3 nights per week. You will also need to be willing and able to work in the evenings and at weekends in order to fit in with your clients’ needs.

Who will enjoy being a Nemo Business Development Manager?

The type of people we’re looking for will already have shown that they are great sales people. You might have some experience of the finance sector or you might have none; either way we’ll train you in everything you need to know. What you must have is a love of selling and great drive and determination to succeed.

Candidates will all have a high standard of written and verbal communication, be able to deal with all types of people, have good customer care and listening skills and high attention to detail. You’ll need to be PC literate and be great on the telephone as well as face to face.

What are the rewards?

The basic salary will be in the region of £30,000 with on target earnings to £60,000 and unlimited potential to earn more than that. We’ll also reward our best people with a range of fun and exciting incentives for achieving and exceeding their targets.
