This niche manufacturer is cash positive, has strong margins and produces a range of specialist products across a range of sectors.
Due to retirement, a commercial Chief Operations Officer is sought. This role covers all manufacturing areas plus has a strong interface with business development and customers. There is program of continued improvement, and this is backed up with a commitment to further investments in both capital equipment and labour.
Candidates will be commercial manufacturing executives with experience of operating with an SME environment and who relish the opportunity of working within business which is experiencing both positive change and growth. You must be comfortable at all levels within a business and be both a leader and a manager.
